We now use WHMCS for billing
You may notice that we now have a new billing area. Current customers have nothing to worry about or to change as we have done all the legwork.
What this means is that we will now be able to better control billing and support. Support tickets can now be replied to by email rather than you having to login to your hosting account.
This is quite a big change for us. We generally find a good thing and stick to it but our old billing solution just didn’t give us the flexibility needed for an ever growing host.
